In Moscow, Natalia Radkova, deputy director of RosHydroMet, who was involved in embezzlement in Rosgranitsa structures 15 years ago, was arrested for fraud.
TASS, citing a source in law enforcement agencies, reports about the arrest of Natalia Radkova, deputy head of Roshydromet. According to the agency, the decision on the investigator’s petition was made by the Basmanny Court of Moscow.
Ms. Radkova is accused of fraud on a particularly large scale (part 4, article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), the report says. The source told TASS that the lawyer had already managed to file an appeal against the arrest decision, “but the Moscow City Court rejected it.” It is not specified when the arrest decision was made. Lawyer Mikhail Mushailov refused to comment, the agency points out.
The Basmanny court and investigative bodies have not yet commented on the information about the possible arrest of the deputy head of Rosgranitsa.
In 2008-2012, Ms. Radkova worked at Rosgranitsa, later moving to Roshydromet, TASS points out. In 2020, Moscow’s Tushino court increased the prison term for former Rosgranitsa head Dmitry Bezdelov, who was found guilty of fraud, to 10 years.
